The current members of board of the Foundation are:
P. van Riel, chairman
Mr Van Riel has been a member of the board of the Foundation since 21 March 2018 and is its chairman. He is a Dutch national. He was CEO and chairman of the board of Fugro NV. He is also a board member of Stichting Aandelenbeheer BAM Groep.
B. Vree, vice-chairman
Mr Vree is a Dutch national and has been the vice-chairman of the board of the Foundation since 2017. He is also a member of the boards of Stichting Continuïteit Ahold Delhaize and Stichting Continuïteit SBM Offshore. After being CEO of Smit International he has fulfilled supervisory roles at a number of companies.
H.J. de Kluiver, secretary
Mr De Kluiver has been a member of the Board of the Foundation since 1 January 2026. He holds Dutch nationality. He is Professor of Corporate Law at Radboud University and the University of Amsterdam, and a former lawyer at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek.
Board members are in principle appointed for a term of four years (the term can be shorter). All terms have been recorded in a re-appointment schedule.
